Why is there still no keyboard command to toggle between the *.cpp implementation file and the corresponding *.h header file? This is a common „feature“ since years in Visual Assist and there are also some Add-ons around to toggle between cpp and header.
Visual Studio 2008 itself only comes with a keyboard command to switch to the corresponding header file but not vice versa (as far as I know). And sometimes you can use the „Go To Definition“ and „Go To Declaration“ hotkeys but that is not the point.
The point is, that Visual Studio offers tons of keyboard commands for every useless function you will probably never use but not for something you need every 5 minutes.
